Services

How does the ECU file modification process work?

The process is straightforward:

  1. Read your ECU - Use a compatible tool to read the ECU file from your vehicle
  2. Upload the file - Upload the original file to our platform
  3. Select services - Choose which modifications you need (DPF OFF, EGR OFF, etc.)
  4. Process - Our system automatically modifies the file
  5. Download - Download the modified file
  6. Flash - Write the modified file back to the ECU

What file formats are supported?

We support most common ECU file formats including:

  • .bin files (binary)
  • .ori files (original)
  • .fls files
  • And many other manufacturer-specific formats

The maximum file size is typically 16MB. If you have a file in an unsupported format, please contact our support team.

How do I know if my ECU is supported?

You can check ECU support in several ways:

  • Visit our Supported ECU Database to search by brand, ECU type, or service
  • Use our ECU Detection Tool to identify your ECU and see available services
  • Upload your file - our system will automatically detect the ECU type and show available options

We're constantly adding support for new ECUs. If yours isn't listed, contact us for assistance.

What is the difference between DTC OFF and DTC OFF All?

DTC OFF (Single) allows you to select and remove specific error codes from the ECU. This is useful when you only need to address particular DTCs related to removed components.

DTC OFF All removes all diagnostic trouble codes from the file. This is a more comprehensive solution but should be used carefully.

We recommend using single DTC removal when possible for more precise modifications.

Licenses & Tokens

What license types are available?

We offer several license options:

  • Trial (Free) - 7 days, 3 files/day, basic features
  • Monthly ($49) - 20 files/day, 5-min cooldown, priority support
  • Annual ($399) - 50 files/day, no cooldown, Stage 1 tuning, API access
  • Lifetime ($999) - Unlimited files, all features, VIP support

Visit our Pricing Page for detailed comparison.

What are tokens and how do they work?

Tokens are a virtual currency for pay-per-use services. They work alongside your license subscription:

  • Each service costs a certain number of tokens
  • Tokens never expire and stay in your account
  • You can purchase token packages separately
  • Tokens are non-refundable once used

Example costs: DPF OFF = 1 token, IMMO OFF = 2 tokens, Stage 2 = 5 tokens

What is the browser/device limit?

All licenses allow you to use the platform on up to 2 different browsers or devices simultaneously. This limit is enforced through browser fingerprinting.

You can manage your active browsers from your Profile settings. You can deactivate old browsers/devices up to 2 times per month to free up slots for new devices.

Can I upgrade my license?

Yes! You can upgrade your license at any time. Contact our support team via WhatsApp and we'll help you upgrade. Any remaining time on your current license will be credited towards the new one.

Technical

Is it safe to use modified ECU files?

Our modifications are developed by experienced professionals and are generally safe when applied correctly. However:

  • Always keep a backup of your original file
  • Ensure you select the correct ECU type and services
  • Verify the checksum is correct before flashing
  • Use proper tools and procedures for reading/writing

Important: We provide the modified files, but flashing is done at your own risk. We're not responsible for damage caused by incorrect procedures.

What if the modified file doesn't work?

If you experience issues with a modified file:

  1. First, restore your original backup file
  2. Contact our support with details about the issue
  3. We'll investigate and provide a corrected file if the issue is on our end
  4. Token/credit refunds may be issued for genuine service failures

Please report issues within 48 hours of receiving the modified file.

Do you support OBD flashing or only bench/boot?

We provide modified ECU files that can be used with any compatible reading/writing method. The file format is the same whether you read via OBD, bench, or boot mode.

The reading/writing method depends on your ECU type and the tools you have available. Our platform processes the file content regardless of how it was obtained.

What is a checksum and why is it important?

A checksum is a verification value that the ECU uses to validate file integrity. When we modify an ECU file, we also correct the checksum so the ECU accepts the changes.

If the checksum is incorrect, the ECU may:

  • Reject the file entirely
  • Enter a limp mode or safe mode
  • Display error codes

Our system automatically handles checksum correction for supported ECUs.
